PacRim Stainless is Australia’s premier event that brings together the most substantial part of Australia’s stainless steel supply industry and vital elements of the fabrication sector to discuss domestic and international issues and share knowledge and insights. The Australian Stainless Steel Development Association (ASSDA)(http://www.assda.asn.au/) hosts the event, a not-for-profit, member-based organisation that provides cohesive representation and support to all those involved in designing, specifying, and using stainless steel. Since its establishment in 1992, ASSDA has overseen the more than doubling of the market for stainless steel in Australia. 2025 will mark ASSDA’s 30th PacRim Stainless Conference.
No, conference registration costs exclude accommodation, travel, and other associated costs. All delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation arrangements. ASSDA is holding limited rooms at the conference venue, The Island Gold Coast, at discounted rates starting from $200 per night. Details on how to book your accommodation using the discounted rates will be emailed once you register for the event.
All cancellations must be made in writing to assda@assda.asn.au.(mailto:assda@assda.asn.au) Verbal cancellations, i.e., by telephone, will not be accepted. The following schedule applies:
1. Cancellations received 30 days outside of the event will be entitled to a full refund.
2. Cancellations received within 30 days of the event will be charged for the full amount; no refunds will be available unless applied at our discretion.
We recommend you read the conference Terms and Conditions (https://www.pacrimstainless.com/terms-and-conditions)about registration cancellation, including special provisions for cancellation in the event of a pandemic or other associated enforced government restrictions.
